Sprouts for a filling snack

Take an empty plastic jar of horlicks, etc.

Make many small holes into it so that only air can pass.

Soak some chana in layers of cotton cloth and seal it inside the jar.

You can carry it around all day in a balti bag.

Or use a wide mouth bottle so that you can use the bottle holder of your bag.

In a bowl with a lid like round horlicks tiffin box

Add the sprouts, mukhorochak chanachur and sada chire bhaja available in packets. Toss around the contents. Eat

Do not add any salt or aamchur.

Besan laddoo for dessert.

Lunch

Khakhra and raita


Khakhra mix-

Mix these things in dry atta and make dough-

Salt, aamchur, haldi, jeera

Use the back of your glass to heat the khakhra.


Carry the khakhras around.


Raita-

Khatta dahi is available everywhere. Just buy some cucumber and fresh coriander leaves and green chillies. Chop finely and mix. Add beat labon. Add to water to make a thin mixture.

Carry a peeler and a knife.


Snacks-

Kela- available everywhere 

All other fruits


Lunch


Just buy plain dal and bhaat

Salad

Get some beat, gajar, tamatar, dhania patta, shimla mirch, hari mirch, nimbu and make a salad.

Raita

You can also make raita as stated above.


Meethi chutney


Jhuri aloo bhaja


Chhatu gola
