Happy Diwali


 




 

Look at the plants behind me hanging on the window net. I collected mineral water bottles from my stay at Patna and train travels and remembered to carry them home. Baba did not like me collecting this kind of trash in the house because he thought that these bits of plastic belonged in the bin. But, I think that the best things in life come free of cost. So, when he collected some soil and cuttings out of periwinkle plants, I had the chance to make flower pots out of these bottles. And, guess what, these plants are growing and bearing flowers. 

Baba thinks that his property needs a lot of construction work. I think it is loving a property which converts it into a house and maintains it forever. The house deserves to be loved to look beautiful, not the expensive raj mistry.
